*Flexible Times: Course times can be rearranged to suit the Learner where notice is given 4 hours before the Course Time. Where a Learner cancels within 4 hours of the Course Start time, or fails to show for the course, that class will be forfeited, and be removed from the number of classes allocated to the Learner.

- *Should you use up the designated number of hours to complete the course, and not not have finished the course modules or exams, additional hours may be requested, and these will be charged on a pro rata basis.
- Where the learner decides not to continue with the course, the additional classes may be transferred to another Learner, co worker, family member. etc.
